Tonight I had a surprise party for Mike! It was to celebrate his birthday and his 2-year mark for being cancer free from the bone cancer in his leg. I didn't think I would be able to pull it off, and almost slipped a few times, but after a few hundred lies it turned out awesome and he really was surprised. We had a great time and had all our good friends over and some family that live in the area. We loved having everyone over, and there were tons of kids playing in the backyard and we were able to see some people we haven't seen in a long time. The weather was perfect and the party couldn't have been any better. We are so grateful for all the people that came and for all the wonderful friends and family we have. We live in a great neighborhood and love the friends we have made here.
